His Ministry Philosophy I

Meeting the needs of God’s people, which are categorized as, the least, the lost, the left out and the looked over. Thus, to reach those that are lost and of the aristocratic community. Most importantly, my personal conviction is to fulfill the Great Commission of the Church by depopulating hell and populating heaven.

Furthermore, providing a safe haven that will help them mature and become strong disciples of Jesus Christ.

His Ministry Philosophy II

Holding firm the traditions of the Church: Thus, being symbiotic of the church's future concern that plagues the Church of its growth and development. In other words, if we are building relationships with people that are outside the four walls of the Church, we then are able to avoid the traditional traps and the ritualistic ruts. In addition, to advance the kingdom of God by looking for indigenous opportunities that will give God the glory.

His Ministry Philosophy III

Having strong Leadership: According to scripture, there cannot be strong membership without strong leadership. It is critically important that all leaders are on one accord. Furthermore, every one of us has an awesome responsibility to work together with a covenant agreement that encourages the stewardship of the Church. Furthermore, by practicing this faith-building process with our time, talent, and tithes that will produce bountiful blessings that will propel the church to the next level (1 Corinthians 12:1-28).
